Beaches-
East York Ward 19
THE CLEARER CHOICE
Learn more how we bring your ideas to council. I am dedicated to the issues pertaining to the Beaches area I love, and I am focused on the improvement of our beautiful community.
I'm a Toronto born, married father of two. Raised downtown in the Annex, and enjoy all the benefits of our urban lifestyle. Now a resident of the Beaches East-York ward for 11+ years, I love all the cultural and lifestyle opportunities our amazing, iconic, neighbourhood offers. I am already progressively aware and engaged in many of our local issues, such as housing development, community interests, transportation management, and improving our crime/policing policies in Ward 19 Beaches East-York.
HIGHLIGHTS
Housing & Development:
- Be the Ward's representive of our community interests with regards to the City plans for affordable housing, and to press for increasing the numbers of units to be built.
- Highlight a concern to curb excessive density, where not supported by our existing infrastructure capacities
- I pledge to work closely with city staff to better ascribe intensification zones, in relation to available infrastructure. this needs to be WITHOUT adding more costs to taxpayers, on our already high property tax and utility rates. READ MORE

Danforth for relocation or removal
